Valve Technical Services was established to support the Oil, Gas, Power and Water Industry with a primary focus on Automation, Testing, Service & repair of Industrial Valves and related equipment’s. Strategically located in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, the company operates in a comprehensive workshop with customized tools and equipment’s and experienced and qualified manpower.

The expertise includes maintenance, overhaul, repair, automation and testing of various types of valves used in Oil and Gas, Power, Petrochemical and Water Industry.

Our in-shop capabilities include the repair of virtually all types and sizes of gate, globe, check, ball, butterfly and plug valves and Pressure testing all types of Valves.

Our hydrostatic testing capabilities are the most extensive in the valve service business in the region. Purpose-built testing machines allow us to efficiently perform Hydrostatic and Pneumatic tests on butt-weld, flanged, screwed or socket-weld end valves of all sizes and pressure classes. Fugitive Emission Testing and High pressure Gas testing can also be performed by VTS.

VTS has established, documented and implemented a Quality Management System focused on continuous improvement. The company maintains an ISO 9001 QMS system with emphasis on quality and business related processes.
